The Shopee Own Fleet Program offers 3 types of work: pickup, transfer, or package delivery. Through the Program, drivers have the opportunity to partner with Shopee to deliver directly to shoppers, transfer between HUBs, or collect orders from sellers.

Super Weekends
For drivers whose routes start and end on Saturdays and/or Sundays and meet the minimum expected Performance Rate*;
Holiday Bonuses
For drivers whose routes start and end on a holiday (whether national, state, or municipal, in the HUB region where the driver is working) and meet the minimum expected Performance Rate* (not valid for holidays on weekends);
Delivery Difficulty Areas
For drivers who operate routes in a delivery-difficulty area and meet the minimum expected Performance Rate* (varies by region);
Refer Earn
Refer new delivery drivers who have never worked with SPX Express and receive an incentive after the referred driver completes a certain number of deliveries;
Wheel and Win

- Driver’s license with EAR (paid activity) + active ME or EPP CNPJ in your name;
- CNPJ with delivery CNAEs: 4930-2/01, 4930-2/02, 5320-2/02 or 5229-0/99;
- Cargo Transport Certificate (RNTRC) linked to CNPJ and vehicle used;
- PPE required: reflective vest and certified safety boots;
- Accepted vehicles for Pickup: Fiorino, Van, HR, VUC, 3x4, Toco, Truck, and Trailer.
- Driver’s license with EAR + active ME or EPP CNPJ in your name;
- CNPJ for deliveries - CNAEs 4930-2/01, 4930-2/02, 5320-2/01, 5320-2/02 ou 5229-0/99
- Have a valid driver's license and an EAR (RExerce Atividade Remunerada) sign
- RNTRC Certificate (ANTT) linked to the CNPJ and the vehicle used
- Vehicle with valid licensing (up to 20 years old) and in good condition
- Vehicles accepted: Fiorino, Van, HR, 3x4, Toco, Truck e Carreta with closed trunk (max. 30 years)
- Driver’s license with EAR + active MEI CNPJ in your name;
- CNPJ with delivery CNAEs: 4930-2/01, 02, 5320-2/02 or 5229-0/99;
- Vehicles: Motorcycle (closed trunk - min. 80L), Passenger Car, Fiorino or Van - up to 20 years old

Delivery's CNAEs
The CNPJ must have a specific main or secondary activity of deliveries - (CNAEs: 4930-2/01, 4930-2/02, 5320-2/01, 5320-2/02 or 5229-0/99).
Driver's License
Have valid driver's license with EAR (Exercise Remunerated Activity) signage, vehicle with valid licensing (up to 20 years old) and in good condition.
EPIs
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): reflective vest and safety boots with CA (Certificate of Approval).
Vehicles
Vehicles accepted for Fast Delivery: Motorcycle, Passenger Car, Fiorino, Van, Adapted vehicles with fiberglass hood.
For Motorcycles
For motorcycle delivery drivers: a saddlebag or closed trunk with a minimum capacity of 80 liters is required to transport packages.
